Members of Dinner At 8, LLC, attend all functions sponsored by Dinner At 8, LLC at their own risk. Dinner At 8, LLC is not liable for any injury or loss sustained either directly or indirectly by any person. Furthermore, in consideration for attending any and all functions sponsored by Dinner At 8, LLC, it’s members, or heirs waive any claims they or the heirs my have against Dinner At 8, LLC, it’s Owners, Managers, Hosts and Hostesses, Employees. In addition, Dinner At 8, LLC, reserves the right to decline memberships and/or cancel memberships for any reason whatsoever. All reservations for Dinner At 8 dinner parties will be made on line. We will coordinate your reservations with the restaurants where the parties are hosted. We require a 48 hour cancellation if you decide not to attend a function where you have made a reservation for dinner. Each member will receive their own bill and pay for their own dinner and drinks. We are there to make introductions. Dinner At 8, LLC maintains a very strong commitment to privacy for our members. We strictly forbid selling or giving out any information to third-parties. Your privacy is our concern. Dinner At 8, LLC reserves the right to take photographs of their dinners and events for their website and photo album. To complete your application process you must accept these terms. |
